  • "11/7/2021 at the begining of the toys for tots run my sons 2015 softail wouldnt start, the service manager, Goose, helped us to try and jump the battery to no avail, he then grabbed a battery and helped install it so Kaden could finish his first group ride. Mind you this was on a Sunday with 102 bikes in the lot for a charity ride, Kudos to Dennis for having the crew he does, they never fail to impress."

  • "I would like to recognize the Flaming Gorge Harley-Davidson shop in Green River, Wyoming. I have been working with them at length in restoring my Shovelhead. From owner Dennis Laughlin, Richard in the shop, Brandon in parts, to Pat, Lisa and Pam in clothes, everyone is top-shelf, professional and a pleasure to work with. The store is always presented very well, and it is an enjoyable experience to visit. Their events such as Santa and ponies for the kids, the swap meet, pet adoption, and the motorcycle give-away, along with a band and food, shows community pride and involvement.

    The business is an asset to Green River and southwest Wyoming."

  • "Thanks to the two good looking K's Kent & Kathy I am home with a well-running rebuilt 103 in my 2012 FLTRU .. A few delays with extended warranty, adjuster inspector. " none of which can be blamed on the dealership" Kent thanks for sticking with the project, it' running better so far than when brand new. Kathy thanks for all the help and keeping me updated. I know I was like a fish out of water, never had to deal with warranty like this. you made it a great deal more pleasant and clear to me. everyone else I met there was also helpful and pleasant. never got to meet the owner, he should know he has great staff."

  • "I stopped by Flaming Gorge HD as I was passing through on my way to Florida. Harley shops are like a magnet to me, so naturally I stopped there. I have an 05 Night Train that has been customized and up until yesterday it had never seen a drop of rain. When I walked in, Cama greeted me and asked if I needed anything. I asked her where a car wash was at as my bike was complaining about being dirty. She took me into the service department and hand washed it for me and of course it turned out gorgeous. Once it was all washed and dried I walked around the dealership looking for ideas for more chrome (like I needed more) and of course a t shirt. Pam the sales rep showed me all of their t shirts and as we were talking I found out she was from Oregon too. I also spoke with another person that was from Oregon too. It must be the water, scenery and all of the nice people in Green River that drew them there. What a great place and I would recommend to anybody that was passing through to stop and say hi."

  • "Just wanted to share my recent experience with this dealership. My girlfriend and I were on a road trip to the 2013 Redwood Run in Piercy CA. When we got into Laramie WY, I noticed that I had an oil leak. Upon further examination, I discovered that I had a cracked tappet cover on the front cylinder. I called the local multi line dealer in Laramie, and of course they didn't have the part. The closest dealer ahead of our route was Flaming Gorge HD. I called ahead (on Sunday) and told them what my problem was. They called other dealerships from SLC to Boise looking for the part when they checked their inventory and found they didn't have it either. We were able to limp along into Green River on Sunday night. First thing Monday I took my 2001 FLSTC in and they got right on it, determined the problem, got the part ordered overnight from Milwaukee. It got in around 11 AM on Tuesday, and they had me road ready by 2 PM, including washing and detailing my scoot. I couldn't have had a better experience. The folks here were so friendly and helpful!! From the parts manager to the front desk, everyone was professional and courteous. A special thanks to Kent, the service tech who repaired my ride. He took me back and showed me the problem, pointed out a potential future problem. and made recommendations to upgrade my performance after he did the test ride. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I had a first rate experience, and I just wanted to let everyone there know I appreciated it!"

Within 3 hours your service dept. had me in and out on my way. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the great service.   • "I have had a recurring problem on my 2010 Ultra Classic that I pursued new from Flaming Gorge H D, the problem has been difficult to diagnose with repeated trips to the dealership. I would like to Thank Flaming Gorge H D for their persistence in dealing with this. The problem has been fixed and I am able to enjoy ridding again. I would recommend this dealership to others."

  • "After hearing mixed reviews about Flaming Gorge, I found my "dream bike" sitting on the floor. I figured I would see if I could get a good deal or not. I spoke with Dennis on the phone and scheduled a time to meet him. I was greeted by the whole team with smiles and hellos. Dennis worked with me to get me a good deal on my new baby, a 2005 Deuce. A week later when I came to pick her up, I found a leak (the bike was used and had sat awhile). Dennis took it in the back and gave it the once over. I am getting a "new" bike back and feel like Dennis and the crew went above and beyond to get my baby fixed right. I have nothing but good to say about my experience and I will tell everyone about the way I was treated. Thank you so much for the extra care I have received. Thanks again for everything.   • "My wife and I experienced bike trouble on the return leg of a 6600 mile trip from Texas to Oregon and back. When we pulled into your dealership with a stalling problem and a noise in the transmission at noon on July 3rd I was apprehensive to say the least. I was treated courteously and professionally by everyone from the front door to the back and was even directed and delivered to a local hotel for a nights stay. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!"

  • "We had problems with our bike on a trip to Yellowstone Park. We stopped in to have our bike worked on and the team here helpped us get a room and took us to and from the hotel for two days as they was working on our bike.We needed to get home and they pushed to get our bike done so we was able to make it home. I wish his shop was here in Missouri, not 1000 miles away from home."
